Dear Mr. Cliff W.,



I regret that we provided you with bad service and a poor potential employee experience—it is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on. We value both our employees and clients, and understand how important it is to offer exceptional services. I am extremely apologetic for Ms. Jones unprofessional conduct and failure to provide you with a thorough understanding of our firm’s staffing process including employee benefit options. It is our expectation that all of our current employees, clients, and potential employees be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. Our employees are given a set of guidelines for conduct and behavior they are supposed to adhere to, however in this case, those standards were not conveyed in a clear, accurate, and apparent manner. Please accept our sincere apologies in our failure to act accordingly to our own principles and standards.

The interviewer was late and extremely disrespectful. I'm surprised she is in that position. She acts like she looks like Halle Berry but looks more like a broke, drunk version of Kelly Rowland. I would not use a temp service that does not respect their employees. Then, they don't offer insurance. This us the bottom of the barrel type temp agency.Come on Baltimore you can do better! !!
