I had a new replacement pool installed in this year. There currently was a pool that I removed was there (17 yrs). This company does not do on-site estiment. The crew arrived as scheduled did what I thought was a good job till after further inspection there were many creases on the bottom. They finally returned after 4 days to stretch the creases out. Sadly the bottom now 3 months after looks worse then the previous 2 liners I installed myself in my old pool. So much for a flat level bottom. FYI. Demand a written estimate prior to installment! An do your own thorough inspection before the crew leaves

From start to finish my family and I had a great experience. We absolutely love our new pool. The team was professional and great at what they do. All my friends love the work this company did for us, and would definitely use them their selves. Once again thank you Dig M team !!!

This is the 3rd pool they have built for me. I can't say enough about the customer service before and after the installation. They gave a blue book that explained everything in detail. If your looking for a company that will be there for the life of your pool then your heading in the right direction. My first pool was built by them in 1979. Izzy

Dig-m-installers installed my above ground pool yesterday and while the installers seemed to do a great job and were , the management team was rude and clueless. The excavator came on Friday did his work and I paid him $250. He moved some extra dirt for me and I asked him if I owed him anything more. He said NO. And that standard practice is for me to deduct his fee from the total of $ 1950 on Sunday. I then called Dig-m to confirm this and was told that I was correct. When the crew came on Sunday they told me that I owed them $ 1950. I told them what dig-m told me and they called Marie the owner and she said I was wrong. When I called Marie she told me if I did not pay them $ 1950 they would leave. (meanwhile all of the parts were spread all over my yard). I had them finish the pool but asked Marie if I could cancel the water truck that was due today and save the $ 250 in water and fill the pool with my hose. She said yes. Well guess what the water truck showed up at 9:00am.

Dig-M installed my pool today. Called them last week and they assisted with the sand buying as well. The night before the install the sand was dropped off and the tractor dug out the area for the pool. It took the guys 3 hours and the pool was up and ready. They worked side by side with my electrician so nothing else needed to be done by the end of the day. I have not gotten in the pool yet but it looks very good.

Let me tell you never try to put your own pool up I had six friends try to help me and it was a disaster... not level it was unsafe and a eye sorer. Anyway I called dig-em pools Marie was a great help they picked up my liner and rebuilt my pool for me all in 4 hours the customer service was great and the staff was professional but more importantly they looked after my best interest and wallet thanks again Jon

I love this company. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through the whole process and provided me with a hand book that took me step by step through the pool process. The girls in the office are very nice and professional and the crew worked fast and hard. I was very pleased with my pool and all the other services they have provided me. I recommend them to all my family and friends. No company is perfect, but they come pretty darn close.

I have used Dig M Installers 4 times. I am completely happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone. I was one of their first customers back in 1979! I have had two pools and two liner changes. Their book is something every new pool owner should read. It walks you through every single step of getting a new pool. There are so many things that are involved. There book is free just for the asking. I would not use anyone else. Alivia

Had my second pool installed this past summer. My first experience with my first pool was excellent. They were fast and did a great job. They took the time to explain things that I needed to do to prolong the life of my pool and cleaned up the yard when they finished. This is why I did not hesitate to call them first to install my second pool. This one was a little harder to install in my opinion as I had decided to dig down and install the pool so that the sides that were above the ground level were only two and a half feet above the patio deck for easy entry. They also have personnel to answer questions when you call with any problems. I would not use any other company.

From a work stand point, they came out and gave us a free estimate. Tucker knew exactly what needed to be done and a detailed quote was sent via email within a few days. We were told to pay cash ahead of time which was fine. They came out on the scheduled date and time and a few hours later, we had our pool back. They even helped us with the chemicals to treat the water and showed us how to use the accessories even though this was not in the job description. Tucker came out a week later to check up and make sure all was well with the liner. On the other hand, we noticed a few cigarette butts on the ground near the site. Not the end of the world, but a little more respect for our property would have been nice. Over all, pleasant experience with Dig M Pools!

Dig-M is the ultimate BEST!!! Over the past 12 years they've installed two pools for us and also re-installed a torn liner. From the first phone call to the completion of the job they were top notch! The crew was quick and efficient and finished in no time at all! I highly recommend Dig-M Installers!!!

They are a great company. The stand behind their work. Everything is in writing from them. Make sure you get their free Blue Book. It will walk you through the process of having an above ground pool installed. It will make things easier when you know what to expect.

Worst company I have ever used! Had pool installed in July of 2012, they were consuming beer while working!!! Then there's a problem with the installation of the pool and they will not come out and take care of the problem with the installation. The office personal is totally rude and put all the blame on us without even coming out to investigate. Poor company and they need to be put out of business.

Given a price by phone, not told I had to pay in cash, not told a bobcat had to enter the premises, not told of additional charge to dig by hand. Owner told me all was explained and a booklet was sent by mail. Why wasn't I told all these additional charges, or potential charges before they committed to the job? I had to ask them to leave. I found another installer for almost $400.00 less.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY OUT THERE, THEY INFORMED US THAT A EXCAVTION PERSON WOULD COME OUT TO DO A FREE SITE SURVEY AND WHEN HE ARRIVED AND LOOK AT THE YARD FOR THE POOL SITE HE TOLD US IT WOULD COST 675.00 FOR THE LEVILING AND THAT HE NEEDED THE PAYMENT IN CASH, AT THAT TIME, AND IF I DIDENT PAY THAT THE POOL WOULD NOT BE INSTALLED, TOLD HIM TO LEAVE MY YARD, WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!! OFFICE PEOPLE WERE RUDE AND COULD CARE LESS WHAT WAS HAPPING TO US AFTER THEY REFERRED THIS COMPANY TOLD US TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE

i have used this company for over 15years and they are the best in the business. always there when i answer willing to help me with any needs possible. the office was pleasent and they actually knew what they were talking about. they knew more then the dealer who sold me the pool!!!! they have installed 4 of my pools from my own and friends and have never been so pleased!!! i reccommend them to EVERYBODY!!!
