I had two appointments with her to check on an cyst that had been called "possible cancerous" by a general doctor. She not only managed to not show up to either appointment (first one she was helping someone in labor which I can understand). Second one she had to "leave the office" (not understandable). Her staff claimed they had tried to call me but they had my work number and my cell number (no home number) and there was never a call with either! I asked for a third appointment and made a point to say that were to call if she needed to cancel. The day of the third appointment I had my coat on ready to leave work to go to the appointment and they called to cancel. I asked them to copy my records and that I would come pick them up. They said that they would copy them and mail them. I received the paper work (for the general doctor that I brought with me) a month later and pages were missing. By this time I had already gone elsewhere and was seen promptly and the situation was taken care of!
