I've been going to this laundromat since I moved to Hampden two years ago. The man who ran the laundromat those two years did an excellent job- my clothes were always ready when he said they would be and washed and folded perfectly. I often offered tips but he always refused them.



I just went in today and there seems to be new management. The woman who helped me at the desk talked to me with a mouth so full of food that it was crumbling out onto her shirt. She dumped my laundry out and began picking through it to make sure there was nothing she needed to "charge extra for". Maybe I've been spoiled, but I've never heard of an extra charge to wash sheets, or a $12 charge each to wash blankets. I took my laundry and left. I'll be finding a new laundromat today.
