You get what you pay for. The inflated prices come from the charge for the inch of dust on most everything they sell. Dat po Black Man in the basement dem holier than thou heebrons haven' t let out since dey hired him. I just goes dare once every year or so just ta see' s if he is still kickin and feeds him some human food!

Spent $140 on a pea coat. Upon the first wearing, I discovered that there were holes in both slash pockets.When I tried to exchange it t he woman working the register (one of the owners I believe) told me it was too strange to have holes in both pockets and she wouldn't take it back. I agreed it was strange to purchase ostensibly new but damaged merchandise and that's why I wanted to exchange the coat. She told me I could have the holes repaired "for a couple of dollars." I told her H & H and I wouldn't be doing business anymore. Unless you want to get stuck with faulty merchandise, you shouldn't, either.

There is no customer service to be rated here. The owners (I'm assuming) of this place were INCREDIBLY rude to me when I was returning boots that didn't fit. If you don't want people returning your good, then don't have a return policy. And FFS don't YELL at the customer and make them feel like crap for returning your overpriced goods.



I bought a pair of boots I thought I liked. Turns out they didn't fit as well as I though. Common mistake. People do this all of the time. It's comes with the territory of working retail.



I was harassed, yelled at, and then talked down to. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE QUESTIONED. You sold it. You gave a receipt. Deal with it. Be a grown up and run the store.



How this place stays in business is beyond me. I was warned about shopping here and I didn't listen. Now I'm warning all of you.
