This company was thrust upon us by our warranty company to install a new A/C unit, though we live over an hour from their home office. Long story short, they not only installed the unit apparently knowing water would overflow and possibly cause damage to our home, which it did in 3 days, when the warranty company contacted them for their side of the story, they reportedly bold-faced lied and said that they told us that would happen and we told them to install it, anyway. Who on Earth would authorize work knowing it could cause major water damage to the home, and all the fun mold, et al that can be a consequence?!!!? Back to no functioning air conditioning in a hot Maryland summer with the addition of new damage to our attic and ceiling! Run. Run screaming. Don't hire them. In this case, they proved themselves incompetent and dishonest.
