Provided by YP.comNo one in my family has ever used Jai Medical Systems; however Jai has sent mail intended for their patients to my address at least once a month for 10 to 14 years. Each time I mark the incorrectly addressed mail "Not at this address - return to sender." WARNING: your personal confidential information is being compromised by Jai Medical Systems because they never correct their data nor upgrade their computer systems nor hire a competent office manager.
