I changed the oil few weeks ba...

I changed the oil few weeks back at Jerry Chevrolet and they did inspect my car and check out a sign in the inspection report indicating that there might be an issue that needs my attention in the future related to (engine, axles, and/or transmission). I bought this car from Jerry last year with 65K miles and paid 14K. The next day I drove my car after they changed the oil with $43 (I never paid this extra money in oil change!!), I figured out that Jerry employees totally removed the manufacturing sealing and hose that connects the radiator with the engine. The car heat was close to the maximum and the engine was so loud and I had to stop my car in the middle of the road. My family checked out the car and they found the hose was totally disconnected and fallen in the floor and the manufacturing sealing almost 12" stuck around the hose. That was so unethical from Jerry, they are the last and only person that touched my car. I called Jerry about this incident and all what they did is to tell me that I am (perceiving) things that do not happen and they invited me to come back to the shop and they repeated the same rude comments. That was even much ruder. My car survived their evil acts to their customers but I am still deeply saddened that I am treated this way probably because I am not a US citizen or from the Middle East. The only thing I can do is to inform the public about this aggressive experience from Jerry. BEWARE! You might be the next innocent person to experience it.

Terrible Service Department

I waited 4 hours after making an appointment ahead of time and was charged 3 times the amount I should have been for an oil change. They did correct this after I reminded then that there was a sign in the waiting room saying the correct price. I should have known, when I bought the car I haggled them for 25 minutes only to come home and on the internet the car was the price I paid after haggling anyway. Stay away. They overcharge. Really sad I don't quite understand with the amount of people working there what their issue is.
