The museum tells the story of the American Jewish experience in the city of Baltimore and throughout the US state of Maryland. The museum has three galleries that host changing exhibits of local and national interest we combine, art, rare objects, historical photographs, oral histories, videos and hands-on activities in engaging, informative exhibitions, as well as a family-friendly exhibition about the Lloyd Street Synagogue. Through our collections, exhibitions, sites and programs, we encourage discourse about Jewish life in Maryland and beyond. Come join us for an exciting, engaging museum experience.
