Juan knows his stuff. He was tremendously helpful -- and he saved me a ton of money when another shop was giving me bad info and wanted to totally re-wire my trailer. Juan wasn't after my money. He just wanted to see the job done right. You can't go wrong with this guy.

Terrible people very rude they have the worst costumer service this place sucks .. its pretty bad .. very bad. I would only go to the store to personally tell them how much I despise their service

Juan Hitch is ran by the former manager @ Jiffy Hitch on Monroe st.... Jiffy will tell that he no longer works in the same industry but he does .. I found Juan's Hitch thru my motorcycle mechanic...

I went to have a hitch installed .. service was fast and reasonable.. I also found he builds custom trailers he build one to carry my wheelchair.. The was made for me prompt.
