This is the worst place to live there are rats and roaches everywhere and the only way to get rid of them is to use harsh chemicals. People in this place are miserable the new tenants were told that they brought in mice an roaches and its completely untrue any other place is better you can't touch the grass but they still rent to people with children and tell you to send them to the ally where there is heavy traffic and doesnt even belong to them. Do not move here they dont even care about anything but their money that they will get from you. A turn over in tenants is no big deal. Oh and the letter you may recieve is do to circumstances beyond our control is the only reason they give to kick you out. You can find way better places.

This is hell to live here take it from me.

Save your money, just do it. This apartment is by far the worst I have come across to live in. It makes living in the ghetto seems like a luxury. There's roaches in your sink, mice in your cupboards, the walls are full of mold and cracks. Staff and maintenance are horrible; they don't care unless its about your money. Don't even give them a call, there are other decent apartments in catonsville. Don't look back and think you'll regret it, trust me you won't. Save your money on a place that is actually worth it
