We hired LTP back in April to take care of a basement flooding issue. We were told that we had a crack in the sewer line and that it had to be replaced. They quoted us over $10,000 to have the work completed. This was after charging us $500 to take a camera to figure out the problem first. We were not too happy with Len the Plumber services. The pricing seemed very high. The techs came out and ripped up portions of our basement floor, bathroom floor, vanity, toilet and front yard. When work was completed, no one repaired what was damaged. We have had a giant sinkhole in our front yard for over a month. Len the Plumber did not bother to put the dirt back in the ground after digging it up for the repairs. We tried putting a dirt mixture to firm up everything but the sinkhole still comes back. They also damaged the sidewalk and did not bother to repair that either.

I called Len the plumber to fix my leaking toilet. They came out and fix my toilet the same day within the window period given. Everyone treated me really nice. Edgar , the service manager was great. He answered all my questions and concerns. I wilI use their service again when needed. I highly recommend Len the plumber.

Called on friday they told me that they had same day service and would come to my between 2 or 6pm. I took off from work they called at 5pm and said we can not make it out to your home but we can schedule for sunday.

Kept me waiting all day, then called to tell me that they cannot make it. I would recommend calling a different plumber.

The service provided was excellent - prompt, courteous, professional - all at a fair price. The additional free inspection of the entire plumbing system that was done after the job was a nice touch. It provided valuable information for any homeowner, so much so that I already scheduled service to take care of some other minor issues. Len the Plumber, great job! Same day service on the first call. Arrived at the start of the '4-hour call window'. Asked for a complete explanation of my problem and what I experienced/noted, did a thorough walk-through, then gave me a complete explanation and a reasonable estimate and timeframe. My problem proved tough, but (James?) was patient, persistent, and professional throughout, and even provided suggestions afterwards (about not using anti-bacterial soap with my metal pipes). Great support and work.
