BEWARE OF THIS COMPANIES CONTRACT: Our shop manager signed up for the service for just a few uniforms. He was not aware he was signing up for a five year commitment. We later wanted to cancel the service and they were quick to threaten legal action for the entire balance to the end of the agreement. In our case this was an amount over 7,000.00 for services not yet received. The agreement is much tilted in their favor to include legal action in their jurisdiction in Baltimore.It is certainly our responsibility to review our own written agreements and ultimately this is our fault. However, we are left feeling misrepresented. They do reliable work but you should carefully review the agreement so this does not happen to you.

The responsive service is refreshing, as is the improved quality of our uniforms. What surprised me the most however, was the competitive price. If you're using someone else for uniform service, you're probably paying more for less service. You won't be disappointed if you use Lord Baltimore. Greg Atel Bus & Truck
