This office is run by the secretary. The doctor believes everything she says. I had an appointment and unfortunately they booked sick patients with new patients and regular patients. Nobody told me it was going to be one hour wait! they left me waiting in the small examination room for the entire hour, nobody checked , nobody cared. Then when I complained to a manager the doctor stated to the manager he didn’t know that I waited an hour etc. he never personally called me but he could talk to a manager. Then the secretary told me on the phone that he had an emergency surgery...She could have told me that when I signed in! That is how caring that office and their staff really are. They want the money with the booked appointments. Choose this office and this physician if you want sloppy care!
