I have dealt with no less than 50 hardware companies over the years. I can honestly say that this one is the absolute worst. I am forced to give them 1 star which is one star too many. They really deserve zero. I have placed an order with them 9 weeks ago. Supposedly a 3-4 week lead time. It is now going on 9 weeks and when I called to follow up they said it will be after the new year or minimum 3 more weeks. They don't send acknowledgments to customers and each time it takes them 10 to 15 minutes to even find the order. This is a company from a different era and its truly surprising that they are still in business. If you really need your parts, go elsewhere. Save yourself the agony
