Provided by YP.comI came to the store to do an exchange, I waited in the store for 4 hours so they could transfer all my stuff to the new phone, once the transfer was finished and I was told me my old phone had water damage and if I left with the new phone they would charge me $400, why didn't they check for water damage before they did the transfer, then and try and tell me they were helping me, YOU WERENT HELPING ME, I WASTED HALF MY DAY IN THE STORE WHEN SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED FOR WATER DAMAGE BEFORE THE TRANSFER. I hate this location and the gentleman with the bald head they have working there doesn't know any thing about customer service, he is very condensending and really doesn't know how to do his job. I think that whole store needs to go back to training,as a matter of fact the whole company can do with some training, there is no communication between the stores and customer care. I will not be returning to this location and when my contract is up I will be going to a different company.
