i called different service company and asked a question my house microwave witch having intermittent problem, they all sims don't know what i am talking about or they didn't understand my question, or they don't service microwave. they can't even let me finish my talk, keep telling me call here, call there, And then i called this company. "microwave tech." the person who picked up the phone was very polite. he took time to listen and answer all my Questions. even thought they only do commercial microwave, he still gave me enough info on my house microwave. i'll say that was free tech support, and good customer service!!!!!
