The property manager is a racist and could careless about the tenants he's a SLUM lord the staff is worst they are liars and thieves they will ask u to pay for routine maintenance and not report that you paid the manager and the leasing consultant are lovers and their both married it is a mice infested property and ur better off living in a cardboard box
