UNACCOUNTABLE!

Nifty's RUINED my brand new black and white suit...didn't say a word about it....and made me pay for the cleaning!! I didn't notice it was ruined until weeks later. It was black with white piping that is now a nasty gray with red faded streaks. I spoke to who is supposed to be the manager and was told to contact the manufacturer bc the colors faded. It wasn't their fault. No accountability! COWARDS!!! I will NEVER put anything in this cleaner! I was never offered an apology or any type of remedy or reimbursement for them ruling in my $100 suit!! I'm livid!

DO NOT ! REPEAT DO NOT ! take your clothes to this establishment unless of course you don't value your items. They have destroyed two of my white dress shirts on two different occasions, and basically told me that I brought the shirts there that way, one with a large hole in the sleeve and the other with a giant yellow stain on the breast pocket. The little girls working the counter are dirty and show little or no professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs !
