Stay away from this place. Called to make an appointment and was told I would have to wait 4 weeks because "thousands of other people" called and made an appointment before me. Sierra who claims to be a manger has zero customer service skills and immediately treated me with ignorance and rude comments. Not worth dealing with someone who clearly does not care whether they receive your business or not.

A horrible business. It took 4 weeks to make an appointment. I was told my car would be ready in 45 minutes, but after 90 minutes they still hadn't touched it. The manager herself gave lots of hand-waiving excuses and full-throttle attitude when I inquired about the delay, acting as if I had no reason to feel frustrated. She said I could continue to wait or feel free to leave and *try* to ask Groupon for my money back -- clearly she didn't give a damn about my business. I left with my dirty car and tears in my eyes. Save yourself and stay away from Next Level.

After just my first visit to Next Level, I am very impressed. The location is great, facilities look nice, and the people there are hard-working and polite. I took my Acura RL there for a wash, and got a pleasant surprise when the front desk lady told me that I was early enough for the early-bird special (deluxe wash for the price of a basic). The staff told me it would be 45 minutes, so I went and had lunch and came back to find a line of cars down the block all waiting for a wash. Now the good stuff - the car came out looking great, and I am a guy who has been to many, many car washes and is normally only satisfied doing it myself. The spray-wax they used provided great shine and is beading water very well. The wash was thorough (no missed spots) and most of the drips were already toweled off. The interior was vacuumed and dash conditioned (note their conditioner is not typical greasy armor-all) and it looked nice. I can't wait to go back, next time I may try the premium wash.

well when you walk in you wioldnt think its a car wash they have nice tv's and you can even get a massage while u wait i've never seen anything like it, its a hand car wash and they really are perfectionist so the average waiting time is about 30 min, but its worth the wait. trust me!!!!
