I was transferred here 2 weeks ago. The staff, nurses, and aids have all been good to me. I really enjoy the food, and my room is kept quite clean. I love the activities they bring in, like bingo, live music, etc. I've been getting the proper care that I was hoping for, so ultimately, I'd recommend FC Northpoint to anyone who is looking. Although it isn't home, if you come in with an open mind you will be very happy here.

I've been here at northpoint for about 4 years. The staff are all good, I love them. The therapy, being onsite, is very convenient and I love taking part in the, activities. My favorite is bingo, but I've done them all. I'd recommend looking into this as an option if you need this type of care.

I came to Northpoint over a year ago. The staff is great, and there are many standouts that deserve recognition for the care they give. Mercedes, one of my nurses, as well as Angel and Crystal who are both techs, do a lot for me everyday. The dialysis staff is also incredibly caring and very professional. I really have no problems with anyone here. I recommend eating in the dining room, because the food is often fresher than if you eat in your room. One of the best parts are the themed menus and themed activity nights. Bingo is also very enjoyable! I've recommended this location to my friends in the past, and I will certainly continue to do so.

I've been here for about 4 years, and the staff is very good. Emelda, my nurse is especially good with me, she really treats me like I am her own family. Really everyone is good, and they work hard to make sure all of the residents are attended too. I do restoration therapy onsite, and I am amazed at the strides I make on some days. They also offer a good selection of activities as entertainment. I'd recommend this location definitely, if you are looking for a place like this. Its improved a lot over the past 4 years a lot, mostly because of Phil being the admin. He has changed everything for the better, and he deserves 5 stars without question.

FutureCare Northpoint is a good facility and very clean. If you are in the market for physical or occupational therapy, I'd recommend looking at this location. It is one of their strong suits. I also really enjoy playing bingo, which the activities department puts on regularly.

I've been living at FutureCare Northpoint for just over 3 months, and it has been generally good for me. There is one aid, Priscilla, who is excellent, I really like her. I will say that my room is kept very clean, and they offer a very good level of care here. One of the best parts of the facility is having onsite physical and occupational therapy available. I also love the beauty salon here where they do my hair and nails. I'd recommend this location, I just wish they'd offer more social rooms for when visitors come to see the residents.

I came here on September 29th and it's generally been pretty good. Stephanie and Michelle, in physical therapy have been extremely helpful in providing my care, and having access to PT onsite is a huge asset to this facility. While the food isn't my absolute favorite, they keep the rooms very clean. They offer a lot of activities, but I don't usually participate, because I prefer to play war the card game, with staff. Also, I should mention that the staff comes upon request in a timely manner.

It's been just over a year that I've been at FC Northpoint, and overall it's been very good. Most of the staff are good with me, especially the new girl they just hired. The food is actually pretty good and my room is clean, very clean. I'd recommend this facility if you or a loved one are looking for this sort of care.

This is my 2nd or 3rd time here at FutureCare Northpoint. I like the entire staff here, they have all been nice and pleasant to me. I really enjoy getting to talk with the nurses and aides, and spending time with them. They're here for a good purpose, and you can tell from how they treat the residents. The food is good, and my room is kept very clean. I also like the activities, like making bracelets. I'd recommend this location, because I've been at others, and this is by far the best.

Do not leave a loved one who can not make decisions by themselves in this place. You will not be consulted when something critical happens. They will not even notify you.

This is a horrible place . Its bad enough the elderly have to be there . But the staff is just aweful to the patiences. The place is dirty, nasty staff, lied to all the time, food is horrible. I could keep going . The biggest thing is when you push the button for a nurse takes over 45 min to get them in the room god for bid something was emergency. Don't help you get up to go to the bathroom then leave you there in soiled sheets all night and day. Showers that I never see the patience get one maybe every two weeks. like I said I could keep going on, I don't even want to give a one star but computer is making me
