Great time excellent customer service I had to ask for her full name to scream out how wonderful she is KARA SAUNDERS was out waitress the BEEEEEESSSSSTTTTTT so funny an on top of the game we didn't want for anything even my 4 year old grandson is still asking to go back food was awesome even better the manager Patrick was very attentive an kind great nite out !!!!!!! Can't wait to go back very seldom you have a perfect dinner out 5 STARS an a big shout out to KARA SAUNDERS

I went to outback in perryhall MD on November 4th for dinner with my husband & at the end of the night we we're the only people in the restaurant besides the people in the kitchen and one waitress which was ours her name was Michelle she has short black hair. Well I accidentally left my purse in my booth. I drove 10 minutes which was halfway home and realized it turned around and came back -by the time I got there her and my purse were gone -the next day I went up there and called the police because the store was closed that night. So we sat there from 130 to 530 waiting for Baltimore's finest lol (the police) then the police finally got there and of course they didn't do anything because you know the NEVER do. It took them from the time they got there all the way until like 930 to talk to the bitch and they watch the video tape which by the way they have cameras in the store that don't see anything obviously and are bad spots because they COULDN'T see anything. So they wouldn't let me press charges on the bitch because there wasn't any evidence. I know in my heart that the bitch took my purse. So she got to steal my purse and get away with it. I had my MEDICALLY RETIRED FROM THE ARMY husbands Social Security number on my military ID, all of my prescribe medication, my drivers license, a house key, picture IDs of my kids and a few other things. IF YOU GO THERE ( I DONT KNOW WHY ANYONE WOULD) PLEASE MAKE SURE U TAKE ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS WITH YOU!!! THEY STEAL THERE!!!!!

Not very impressed with this place. Food was cold and took forever to get.

On april 20th my wife and I went to outback. Appitizer crab stuffed shrimp per menu lump crab meat.NO lumps found.Not only were the shrimp over cooked the mystery meat that was supposed to be lump was nothing but ground goo seasoned with God kkows what.We asked that our bushmans shrooms be served with our meal.,they were soggy at best.My wife orderd the Victorias fillet 9 oz. I ordered the Melbourne,both ordered medium.The steaks came to us barely pink and dry.Both of us asked for the garlic mashed potatoes,we got them barley warm. My wife sent her spuds back because they were not hot,new spuds came out in no time delivered my the manager warning that these are hot,same luke warm spuds.I got the house salad asked for dressing on the side,that worked but not enough dressing.
