Provided by YP.comFirst, two years ago, I needed to change lightbulb of brakelight in the rear window. The manager said it would cost $75. I asked him why it would cost so much $. He said that they would have to "take everything apart" to get to the bulb. Why would Nissan make a car like that? I took it to a mechanic and it took him 3 seconds to reach bulb. The manager no longer works there. At end of October 2016, the manager used one of my bulbs to replace the brake light on passenger side. The manager had to help the mechanic because he had "never done it before". 4 days later a cop pulled me over because both brake lights were not working. I took it back to Pep Boys. The manager believed there was a serious problem and he had one of his "tech guys", a white, middle- aged man who was not in Pep Boys uniform, look at it. I stepped on the brakes twice to show the tech guy what was happening and he declared that my lights were out. I thought the mechanic might have done something wrong or put in the wrong bulb, and I said so. The tech guy said it could be the fuse or something electrical and I had a bad feeling. Was he lieing to me? He told me to come back the next morning and talk to Sonny. I said, "what if it is just the bulbs?" He said it was probably the fuse, something more serious. He told me to let Sonny , the service manager, know he had sent me to him. He repeated his own name 3 times, which I forgot. It was as if he was working for a commission. I took it to Monroe on Joppa rd. And because the third brake light worked the mechanic sent me to Pep Boys to get bulbs. This was when I realized the manager used the wrong bulb 4 days ago. Was it an accident or on purpose? The mechanic at Monroe changed both bulbs and did not charge me a thing. I hope this saves someone who does not have $$ to waste some unnecesary stress.

Provided by YP.comMy husband had an amazing experience with the manager Sonny Bevans. After going there when his car failed to start and AAA offered to sell him a new battery, Sonny tested the battery and declared it 100%. When my husband was ready to pay, he was told there was no charge! When in this world does that happen? All of this was done with courtesy. Can't recommend enough!

Provided by YP.comI have had to purchase many items from this store, Parkville, and have always been greeted with courtesy and experience. Paul was the last person I required assistance from and he was polite and courteous and gave me what I needed.
