My son recently had caps put on. The doctor was ok but the assistant was terrible. She was insensitive to the fact that my 4 yr old was scared. Now if you’re going to be smart to a 4 yr old then you need to change your job title. People like her shouldn’t be working with kids.

Ms Michelle was great far as my appointment I thought I was coming to get teeth abstracted but ended up having to pay 81$ for a X-ray that I didn’t even know I was getting been waiting for over a month and teeth still not removed

Very friendly took time out explain everything so that they was really concerned didn't push me out the door make sure I got everything that I needed overall I will give them a ten great job!!

Dr. Patterson is amazing! She removed a 40 year old filling for me that was failing and replaced it. She was very quick. Don't know how she did it but she numbed me very quickly. She and Cassandra, the Dental Assistant were really caring and made sure that I was okay throughout the treatment. I was surprised, as an adult, to be treated with such concern.

Every staff that we were in contact with was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable of their job, and had great customer service. Thanks guys for a great experience for my children and I.

The office is very well organized and clean. I have a love and hate relationship with dentists but from the moment the staff started attending me I knew it was going to be great experience. Front desk lady, Deja was very friendly. Bella super sweet lady. Her sense of humor made it much easier to relax. The hygienist Michelle was gentle and informative. She left my teeth feeling beyond squeaky clean! Dr. Whang is BEYOND amazing!! I had a temp crown done as well with Dr.Whang alongside with Cherrie. Cherrie knows what she's doing with those crown molding and getting the fit just right! The staff showed compassion and care through out my visit! Kool Smiles totally ROCKS!! Definitely going back!

I have been going to kool smiles for four years. They are always friendly and my three kids love the play area. The staff is amazing and do an amazing job at calming children for a check up. Had one bad visit personally and when I talked to someone about it,they handled the situation fast.

meaza did an excellent job with cleaning my teeth and Latrice was pretty funny and she made feel comfortable taking my x rays.

Your staff is very warm and professional. The Dental Assistant Felicia, was friendly and helpful. Also, the hygienist Meaza, who cleaned my sons teeth was very warm and friendly as well.

I HAD A VERY GOOD VISTED WITH MICHELLE , BELLE & KISHA HELPING MY SON WITH XRAYS AND CLEANING I WIIL COME BACK WITH MY SON BECAUSE OF THEM

My visit today was nice with my Hygienist Ms. Shannon , Ms. Bell who looked at my x ray , And Dr. Morrison was also great and I would most definitely come back to see them. And Ms. Deja helped me check in.
