where to begin! I landed at BWI at 1:10am, exhausted and already 1hr away from my hotel in DC, I was made to wait until around 2am to get on the shuttle and on our way! thats with a reservation made ahead of time. From there we get into the shuttle. the van itself is a mess, rattling noises, the oil change light is on, there are unnecessary items in the van like couch cushions, cleaning supplies and more. Not to any purpose obviously since the van was disgusting inside, very uncomfortable to be in.
The driver then decides to not follow his preset route. first dropping off the desk agent at her car and taking time away from our drive. then deciding to basically go backwards on the drive dropping someone else at Rockville first. this man did not know how to opperate his GPS. basically had the Rockville guy guide him to the destination. I have never been to DC and so I could not do that for him. he had ME type in my hotel address into his GPS and then proceeded to not listen to it. kept missing turn offs, merging three lanes at a time last minute, missing stop signs and barely breaking in time, very abruptly, for red lights. I did not get to my hotel until about 3:30am and got to sleep around 4am with the conference I am attending starting at 8am!
If that wasn't enough, the guy unloads my bag and actually waits for me to give him a tip... some people don't understand that tips are earned and not obligatory.
I called the company to complain and the lady on the phone was quite short with me but did cancel my return shuttle and offered a full refund. which has not shown up on my card yet. I will be calling back if its not there in the next two days.
Sad that it is the only shuttle service from BWI for red eye flights. Would have gone with supershuttle to begin with if i had the option. Already made a return reservation with supershuttle.
AVOID SUPREME SHUTTLE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
