We order flowers from Dutch Flower Garden twice. They are beautiful when they arrive and then wilt by day two. I called, emailed and went personally to talk with the owner about our dissatisfaction. For $97. the flowers should have had a longer shelf life. We were ignored! Actually, the owner claimed that she could not find our order. I produced the emailed receipt.

We would neither buy from this florist again, nor would we recommend the florist. It's just good business sense to try to satisfy the client, not ignore the client's complaints!

Dutch Floral Gardens is, by far, the best florist in Baltimore, and believe me, I've been to them all. I buy flowers from Dutch Connection about every two weeks. Their flowers are fresh, classy, and expensive. Their peonies and hydrangeas are so gorgeous you want to cry. Dutch Connection is very old-world European in feeling -- meaning if you are looking to run in for something cheap, or quick --not the place to go. Most of the staff is from Holland, and some don't speak English terrifically well. They may seem a little reserved in their interactions with customers but, I can assure you, they have bent over backwards to get exactly what I wanted on numerous occasions. Dutch Connection is the place to go for unusual, fresh, and beautiful, when you want something special, and are willing to pay for it. No place is perfect, but they deserve 5 stars.
