I brought my SUV into this shop 3 times with transmission problems and it still isnt fixed. Each time they had my car for over 8 eight days and and each time i picked it up it went right back into the shop.



The new lady in the office is the most unprofessional, nasty person I have come across. In trying to explain my frustraions about needing my car back after they had it for 8 days, FOR THE 3RD TIME and it still wasnt fixed, and she proceeded to get nasty with me and talk down to me as she explained "sometimes it takes time to diagnose a problem." How much time is considered acceptable??



I would NOT recommend this shop for ANYTHING as they are not qualified to diagnose the problem and in the end all you will have is a vehicle that isnt fixed and ALOT of car rental charges.
