We were at the Aquarium and decided to stop over at UNO's Inner Harbor on The Charm'tastic Mile.I have to say that I'm a big fan of deep dish pizza and enjoyed my pepperoni & sausage pizza at UNO',s. The craft beers went well with pizza. The service was friendly and courteous.

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had! I took my friend out Saturday night to Uno's Chicago Grill at the Inner Harbor. Neither of us had ever been to the restaurant before so we were really excited to go. The service was absolutely horrible! I ordered a Island Bliss Margarita which came to me tasting like the bartender spilled a bottle of salt into the cocktail instead of just on the rim. I ordered the deep dish Spinicolli Pizza and he comes out with a pasta dish, my friend had to wait 10 additional minutes after receiving her order to get silverware, and we never got refills! To add insult to injury, the manager was standing not 20 feet away and never acknowledged the problems going on. I pulled him aside and not only mentioned the terrible service we got but also brought up the fact that the table next to us had been there over 20 minutes and never got to place an order. The manger apologized and acted as if he was not made aware of any problems and gave us a discount on our bill. Not good enough! I will never set foot in this establishment again. I plan to make the corporate office aware and I suggest if you had a bad experience there that you make your feelings known also!

Ok, the service was great and staff was wonderful. The food on the other hand was substandard for the price I paid. When next in town I will be trying a different restaurant
