Provided by YPmobileDo not move here.....every month there's new charges added on and when you don't pay them the first thing they say is you will be evicted. I paid my rent for last month and I received a paper saying I needed to pay $200 before I was evicted. Not to mention my neighbor harasses me with her pit bull and they won't do anything about it....and there is a pit bull restriction..thank god my lease is up the end of next month I can't take it. I wish I read the reviews first

Provided by YP.comThis was the worst living experience of my life. Do not move here unless you like sharing your apartment with mice, hearing every sound from your neighbors, and enjoy having your place flooded by busted pipes or broken washers multiple times. Maintenance is a bunch of idiots that come out in teams just to LOOK at your issue, then don't return to actually fix it until about the fourth or fifth time you call to report it. They also never knock. Just let themselves in. (They were there to fix the oven, which we discovered was broken the night we moved in, but felt the need to come down the hall and stand outside the bathroom door while my young female roommate was alone and in the shower.) Didn't even wait out the remainder of my lease. It was worth every penny put in to break it early.

Provided by YP.comWorst apartment ever. We have been living in Towson and White Marsh area for more than 4 years now and this is one of the worst apartment you can ever move into. They will charge you for anything and everything. They have the worst management that i have ever seen in my life. When we moved out of the apartment, they charged us for around 500 dollars for replacing the whole carpet when the carpet was completely fine. When someone lives in an apartment for more than a year, the carpet is going to get dirty but that does not mean that you charge them to change the whole carpet. They should have charged us just to clean the carpet. They even charged us for a dirty refrigerator. They towed our cars too while they were out of town because they had to paint the parking lot. We did not even get a call telling us about it. They have a huge mouse problem and the maintenance will not get the job done on time if you call them regarding the problem. These are only some of the problems with that place. If you are a sensible person and would not like to get ripped off, please do not go to this apartment. You will totally regret it.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! Our lease is ending in July(thank God) and we can't wait to get out. We dog sat for a friend for 1 week and maintenance happened to come for a 'routine check'(which quite frankly they do entirely too much) and maintenance told them we have a dog. Now we are required to pay a $350 pet deposit as well as an extra $25 a month for a dog we don't even own! They are not budging with our request to waive this fee because we were only dog sitting. All they want is money money money. Not to mention, as I said before, they do entirely too many maintenance checks. I for one do not appreciate strangers in my house while I am at work. The staff is less than helpful and management is a joke. They give you a 24 hour notice to move your car in the middle of the summer to pave the parking lot. People who were on vacation had their cards towed!! If you want to save money, do NOT move here. They will do anything they can to charge unnecessary fees.

Provided by YP.comIt makes me sad to write this review mostly because our neighbors were great, the location was good with easy access to 695, and I love that our dog was allowed here. (Hard to find rentals which allow big dogs).
Unfortunately, management,Rachel in particular has been EXTREMELY unprofessional and difficult to work with. There have been numerous occasions where she threatened and attempted to enter our apt without reason or notice. Every other week there is some notice on our door about not being able to park in the parking lot or some other "routine maintenance" needing to be done that we "must be home for". Each notice signs off with some monetary threat for not being home and/or not moving cars. My husband and I have been more than accommodating to them by rearranging our schedules and each time, they don't show up.
Our most recent notice, which came 3 weeks prior to our move out date stated that "because our blinds weren't down during the day, they assume that they are broken or missing and must enter to fix them" they imply having several units with their blinds up takes away from "curb appeal". Long story short, management has stretched the lease agreement terms to the point to which we feel we are being harassed.
Unfortunately, the management team has made what could have been a great place to live, something I wouldn't recommend to anyone. if you decide to move in here, I hope you are well versed in tenant rights and/or have a great lawyer!
