Provided by YP.comstaff is friendly; you will pay for what you order, not for the finished product; if you end up with less than what was originally ordered, too bad; asked for final bill to me and insurance but was never given to me; paid over $500 (after insurance deduction) for simple pair of bifocals with $79 frames (free with insurance coverage); lab used by them not very accurate
