Never heard of a company not given any extension's due to a late payment back in April we need a new electric place I wish I could change companies but unfortunately I can't

I'm a unsatisfied customer! Every year when a storm comes through this area, our lights are off at least 4 days. All other utility companies are working after the strom except Edisto Electric! Im not sure if they are qualified. Their customers lights do not begin to be restored until outside help from other companies come in! We all pay our bill and deserve to have qualified workers to restore electricity in a timely manner! Also, when we receive our light bill the following month it is higher than it would normally be. If I had a different option, I would definitely choose another company.
