The pharmacy is too busy to answer the phone unless you choose the option saying you are a Doctor...then the call goes right through to them.

Dear RiteAid, i was shopping at the Bandon store the other day while visiting my daughter and i have to tell you i have never been in a store more helpful than that one EVER ! The clerk named Tessa Godfrey knew exactly where everything was, she knew ingredients in products that blew me away and if you didn't carry a product that I was looking for, she suggested something that you DID carry that was comprable or better than what i originally wanted. Now your store in North Bend, where i live, sucks compared to the Bandon store. They have no customer service, they don't acknowledge you when you walk in, if you ask them for something, they just say we don't have it or don't carry it. So i have found my new store in "Bandon", even though i live right down the street from the North bend store, i would rather drive 30 miles and be treated like i am someone special, with a smile, asking me "how are you today Mrs. Cameron? " . You have a real treasure in her, i first thought she was the manager because she was so knowledgeable knowing the store and it's products backwards and forwards and doing it with a smile and a kind word.
