DONT GO THERE!!!!, Bought a used game once and they didnt tell me that i couldnt used my $10.00 OFF coupon for a "promotional" price, so I ended up not only losing my $10.00 OFF coupon, but I also left feeling very confused and frustrated as far as what i should do about getting my money back on a wierd sale that was the cashier/managers fault to begin will. Also, what does a "promotional price" MEAN, a game is either priced NEW or its priced USED. They didnt give me back my Pro membership card, and when I asked where it was, they said "we gave it back", but in reality, the kid behind the counter didnt know whos it was, even though I was JUST THERE, and misplaced it SOMEWHERE on the counter among all the crap and junk. and then finally the girl who waited on me said "ah, here it is, while pulling it out from under a pile of junk. The girl/cashier/manager also called my fiance ignorant and a problem maker saying shes been in that store twice a month, causing problems and shes been in that store ONCE at most and doesnt go there regularly. So the, bottom line is, the Bangor Mall Gamestop has RUDE, CARELESS, FRUSTRATING, AND CONFUSING PEOPLE. DONT GO THERE!! p.s. I only gave the store 1 star rating because they have the same good games as other gamestops.
