Karen is unprofessional and doesn't understand how to deal with frustrated patients. She instead accuses the patient of being rude and not owning up to her staff's mistakes. I was so appalled with how she handled my situation. I had left three messages about lab work that hadn't been returned, so on my third message I stated if I didn't receive a response, I was going to have to look for another doctor and report the issue. Karen immediately called me and stated they had no record of my other calls and that it was hurtful and insulting to hear such things. How is it hurtful and insulting to hear that a patient is debating on switching doctors and reporting an incident that actually occurred? It is so unprofessional to try to turn mistakes around on the patient.

I started seeing Karen Sullivan in the beginning of December...We were trying to figure out why I wasn't having my periods...It had been over a year or so...Karen has a great bed-side manner and everyone in the office is great...Karen started doing all kinds of testing right away to get to the bottom of the problem...It only took her a week to find out just what was wrong...I had PCOS and we started medicine to help correct the problem...I was worried about not being able to concieve anymore children...I have one but wanted more in the future...So when I went into my next appointment to have the IUD put in and go off the birth control pill to help my PCOS much to everyones surprise I was pregnant...Karen and the staff were amazing in the way that they handled telling me and getting the proper testing done to insure that the baby was fine and growing like it should...due to me being on the pill when conceiving...
