I hired M Hartley to represent me....he his as far as I'm concern on a Class of its own!!! Very articulate, seeing him in court is just so amazing!!! I am so glad he was there to represent me!!!! Probably the best investment I have made in my entire life!!!! If there is a way, well M Hartley will find the way!!! He know's the system and can make it work for you!!!
