It's super super easy to fail an inspection for these people. Three pieces of cat hair on the floor equals an unvaccumed floor. Honestly, you can fail for three pieces of hair on the floor. They even suggested I buy a better vaccum cleaner. If you move here, be prepared to keep your house spotless, have cameras on you in the parking lot and be told that you have too much stuff because you decided you wanted a couch in the livingroom. The inspectors are super anal "hygiene" nazis who are very rude and at times heartless. I can understand if the apartment is dirty. The maintenance man is a huge jerk. I wouldn't suggest you move into any properties managed by them.

Please don't ever rent from these people. My wife rented from them and they are very rude and never fix anything. She was in the disabled section (with elderly) and almost every day I would shovel her out and put salt down because she had fallen several times. The maintenance man there is very rude and hardly ever does anything until there's an inspection coming. Also they pay the rent for one person there and set them up so they could see all apartments and basically tell on people. That might have come in handy if they hadn't told people about it. These are shady people and very rude and uncaring.
