Absolutely the worst place to get your prescription filled, especially if you want your medication and/or need your meds on time. After months of having them drop the ball, and by that I mean, calling in my prescription, going in and saying they have ZERO record of it or me ever calling, or just plain ole messing up my meds all together..... It's ridiculous and unprofessional, their employees are incompetent and rude, not to mention slow at what they do. Tonight, after 3 times of going in for the same prescription due to it being messed up EACH and EVERY time, I finally got my prescription filled, and after I swiped my card and was told by the clerk that I was "All set and ready to go" Started to walk out the door, when the woman started yelling and chased me down, confused and admittedly startled, I asked what the matter was, she claimed I hadn't paid, but she had seen me swipe my card, and asked me if I wanted my receipt before telling me "Okay, you're all set!" giving me my meds and said farewells.... It was highly embarrassing after the fact, because she was so loud about this that EVERYONE was staring at me as if I had just committed a mass robbery.. And made me come back in and pay AGAIN... Now, I am not sure who took over after Mr. Miller moved on, but whoever did needs to get their act together, and to fire some employees.
Several of my family members also have had the same kinds of experiences, which is too bad, because many of them has left and gone to other pharmacies. We all used to love the pharmacy before new management, but just cannot take the constant unprofessional atmosphere and rude distemper of the employees.

It is the worst, most unreliable place to get any prescription filled. Especially if you need you meds on time. The staff is very rude and incompetent. I went back 3 times for one prescription because they continued to mess up the time and do it correctly. Not to mention was chased down after leaving the store because after the female clerk said I was all set and to have a good evening, I left and she chased me down for a non-payment, when in fact, I had already paid and made me go back in for another payment when was not necessary, it was embarrassing and highly unprofessional to have been yelled and chased down when I was merely just walking towards the door AFTER I had paid... Multiple times before this incident, they plain didn't get my prescription to me on time, and ended up waiting a week before they got their act together, and before that, they messed up my prescription. Now, I am not sure what baboons took over for Mr. Miller when he left, but whoever is the manager, needs to rethink their life choices, and as for the employees, they need to rethink their choices of jobs.
