I have only 1 complaint regarding this company, however I would not use them again. When our home was inspected by Reese Perkins and his crew, Mr. Perkins accepted the information that he was given by the owner of the property as to the location of the well head, which had been buried in the driveway. It is now 15 months later, we have to sell the house. The inspector for our buyers attempted to verify the location of the well head and dig it up, he was unable to do it with the same information that Mr. Perkins had been given. Our buyers inspector made clear the importance of pinpointing that location. My complaint against this company is that they are paid professionals who did not verify the location of the well head, when I have seen that another inspector recognizes the importance of that, and is making sure that it is done for his clients. When I asked Mr. Perkins if they might be able to help us out, it is going to cost us $375.00 for someone to find it, he made the statement that it was not something he had been required to do. Perhaps not according to ASHI standards. Ethically, morally offering us some kind of assistance I feel would have been the right thing to do. If I were to be paying for a home inspection again it would be with, S & J property services out of Holden Maine they are the ones our buyers use
