We had an excellent experience. We immediately found what we were looking for. The price was fabulous the salesperson attentive without stalking. Delivery/set up was prompt and done with care. Perfect.

I have to say I have had the best experience in my life shopping here! I had to order a new sofa after a move that went horribly wrong. Once I got that settled I had several people tell me I should go to The Furniture Gallery on Broadway. After driving there and walking in I was thinking to myself I CANT AFFORD ANYTHING IN HERE! Was I surprised! Their showroom was amazing and their prices were even better!!! I ended up not only getting a sofa but a bedroom suit as well. Delivery was so easy! Everyone from the sales person to the delivery men were just as nice as could be. I had one small issue with my sofa since I live in a apartment the delivery was tight. The Delivery men called right from my house talked to the service manager and she had a technician fix it! I am amazed at the service! I thought I was going to have to fight to have it fixed since it was a tight delivery but she was so nice about the whole thing! So Glad I moved to Maine so now I can shop at a place like this!!! Loyal customer for life! Thank you all for the wonderful job you did!

We've purchased different pieces through out the last few years. They have one of the largest selection of furniture in Bangor. Furniture just isn't as well made as it was decades ago. Knowing this, I've been satisfied with our purchases.



Unfortuantely we're hard on couches and have had the pleasure of dealing with their service manager Karla. She deserves 5 starts. We were polite and respectful when dealing with her and she's gone out of her way to help us. She's been a pleasure to work with and if you don't take an attitude with her, I'm sure she will treat you just as well.

My wife and I bought quite a bit of furniture at the Furniture Gallery a few weeks ago. We were astonished to see the careless handing of the furniture upon delivery and we found a lot of clear faults with many of the items – cracking, scuffs etc. We received no apology whatsoever from the company; they offered nothing to put things right. This is not the kind of company we would ever do business with and so we returned everything. Thankfully, we got a full refund but overall we found their customer service appalling.

I have purchased several large $ items from this store but unfortunately the last transaction is the one which i remember the most. While delivery was great and the showroom was beautiful the $1100 mattress i purchased was not. It developed severe dips in the mattress and became unusable. I went to the store to purchase a new mattress and was told that the mattress i purchased was under warrenty but needed to be inspected by a special warrenty lady. So thinking this was a a mistake and it was all going to be smoothed out quickly i readily agreed to setting up a visit by the warrenty lady.

After she cancelled and rescheduled twice she did finally show up (late) and i was told the mattress was not a warrenty issue and that this mattress was supposed to be soft. I did try to explain to her that the salesman told me to buy the matress that felt good to me in the store and it would not soften up more than a little bit. I also explained that the matrees had a dip so big in it that it required me to get out of bed and climb back in sometimes. She didnt really have an answer for that, guess her scientific ruler test told her all she needed to know,

Needless to say i will not be buying any more furniture from this company. Seems there only out to save the buck must be how they pay for that fancy showroom and all that free candy. Will not be going there again poor service.
