Friendly, knowledgeable, fast service. I thank goodness I found this place years ago. They always help me out right away. I've never had any problem with the work they've done on my OLD car! They're honest and always give me good advice and great prices. THANKS, GUYS!!!

I received what I believe to be terrible service from Dan's Automotive in Bangor Michigan. I had my vehicle towed there for repairs, only to have it break down on me again a few days later. I took my vehicle to another mechanic who fixed my vehicle perfectly. I filed a complaint against Dan's with the State Of Michigan Regulatory Monitoring Division. The SOMRMD informed me via letter that Dan's violated the Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Act, and notices of Non-Compliance were issued to them. I then sued Dan's Automotive in Small Claims court and won. They appealed the case and then I won the appeal. Dan's Automotive had to pay me back all of my money for the "repairs" they supposedly did. I won my case TWICE and they still refused to pay me so I had to garnish their bank account and has now received full payment. I will never ever take a vehicle to Dan's Automotive in Bangor Michigan again.

Dan has been doing work on my vehicles for years. If something wasn't right, they made it right. Prices are reasonable. Been very happy with them!

I was super unhappy, Mike has a good talk, but that is all that is any good. I had to report him with the BBB. Use at your own risk.

I had these guys do a lot of work on my Suburban (plugs, u-joints and new shocks) and all was good. They did the work for the price they quoted, it was done on time and everything was done right. I never give 5 stars based on one visit, but I'll be back and update my rating based on the service I get.

they stole my van that was givin to me by my dad that passed away. i paid towing and storage and they didnt report to sec of state..stole my title while i didnt kknow..and for months they didnt work on van, mis diagnoised van, had as pay for labor and parts, then sole to scrap yard..they had my phone number and address and lied and said they called and left message..to A NUMBER THAT WAS DISCONNECTED! YA RIGHT LIERS..IAM CALLING BBB AND A LAWYER!
