I initially went into a "Borked PC" location in Bangor, PA on 7/9/15 with my Toshiba Satellite C855 laptop that would boot up to the Toshiba logo but little else. I was not able to get it into safe mode. Scott (the owner) checked out my laptop while I waited with my two young sons, 7 & 9. He told me that my hard drive "was going" but it wasn't the end of the world and if felt he would be able to retrieve my files. He proceeded to show me a refurbished Toshiba hard drive and offered the VIP membership at a fee of $155 yearly which I enrolled in and also purchased a $50 universal charger cord from him that day. I asked him when the work would be completed by and he answered, in front of my kids and his other technician, he would have it done by tomorrow (Friday) and he would call me when to come down. I called the next day because time was ticking and I had projects to complete only to be told by Dana that it wasn't done and Scott would never have told me that - except he did. So I had to have a lovely this is the world we live in chat with two young boys who couldn't understand why a grown man lied. I did not have a laptop and by the time they told me it wouldn't be done on Friday after all, it was too late for me to go get another one from anyone. I called back and canceled my VIP membership on Friday and when I finally got the call to pick it up Monday, I had him lie again to my face and then I had to ask HIM where he put my files only to have him say the hard drive was dead after all and he wasn't able to save any of them. How ironic. Once I started sharing my experience.....the messages started coming in. Buyer Beware.
