Do not buy from Kaiser's. There are a lot of other places where you will be treated with respect and appreciation as a customer. I have purchased wood pellets, mulch, crushed stone and screenings from him for years. If you buy anything from any of his competitors, even only once, and he finds out, he has the arrogance to question why you buy from his competition. The reason I bought from his competition was because the price he charged for the product I was buying was more than 15% higher than his competition's price and he still expected me to buy from him. I saved $180 buying from his competitor and he expects me to buy from him? That is arrogance! I will never buy anything from there again and strongly urge others to find a different vendor. There are lots of them out there who appreciate your business.
