KB Express made buying my used car incredibly relaxing, and NEVER attempted to raise prices or mislead me. They were honest and true in every step of the process.

When I started my search for a clean, maintained, unmodified, low mileage car, I was skeptical that I would find any good ones at a used car dealer, especially as I worked at a BMW dealer.

When I came across the car that I ultimately ended up purchasing, I saw that it was at a small used car dealership nearly 2 hours from me and was a bit wary. However, after reading the reviews on cars.com, I shot Jerry an email asking if I could come see it. I drove up after work that Wednesday, and we went on a test drive. I have spent a lot of time in used cars (new car dealerships have a ton of them, and they are usually messed up) and know what it sounds and feels like when they have a problem with the brakes, engine, suspension, etc.

The car was not only clean inside and out, there were no rattles whatsoever, the engine pulled strong, and the brakes were smooth and firm. The reason for this, is that Jerry does preventive maintenance when he gets a car in. He had replaced the battery, headlight leveling sensor, and the front brakes.

THIS is where KB Express differs from most used car dealers. Most used car dealers fix what you can see or feel, and hide or temporarily fix bigger problems. KB Express does NOT do that, they find their cars from people who take care of them, and then maintain them just as a responsible owner would.

KB Express, and the guys who run it, are great people, with morals. They deserve at the very least a visit, especially if they have a car you may be considering. I can promise you that you will get the same feeling that I got when I was there. When you buy a car from KB Express, you can rest assured that you will be treated like a friend, and leave with a car you can rely on, without being hassled over price, dealership fees, and all the other bull**** most used car dealers pull.

Within 2 weeks I had major malfunctions such as brakes going out, transmission going, and majority of the "key features" the car sold for had crapped out. I contacted them and they had no comment, and "no idea the car had issues", refused to help me in anyway. Here I am a year later still dealing with this vehicle, no thanks to this awful awful dealership.

Theres no other place to go for honest vehicle information, wonderful service that offered to answer any/all the questions i had!!
