Staff is inept, completely useless when it comes to counseling, but excellent when it comes to taking your money. Makes sense when this class is mandatory for duis. There's no interest here in actually helping anyone. Just another institutionalized money making scheme with a lame facade of "alcohol education." Yeah right... maybe if the staff had any idea what they were talking about. 0 stars if I could. :)

Staff is excellent!!! Receptionist is friendly, helpfull, and courtious!!!
