My Husband and I took our hummer to have it fixed after an accident by Rob and his crew at dentmasters. They were all amazing our Hummer looks brand new they kept us up-to-date on all the progress and anyone that owns a H2 Hummer knows how hard it is to find parts.. Rob made sure that my rental car was ready when I got there... we can say enough about our experience with them.

The owners of this business does not have a clue on how to repair a car properly. I took th a nice classic car for some minor repairs and a headliner. The headliner did not fit they cut it to short. Next I asked to have my doors adjusted. When u saw the damage they did to the doors I was floored. So I took it back and asked to have the work I paid for redone. They took the car back but parked it outside. After two weeks setting outside in the rain it filled up with water. When they put the windows back in it they did not seal the glass. So for 10 dollars worth of sealer they ruined my new carpets and rusted most of the bolts in the interuor. If you take car car to these people you are making a hugh mistake

I was mislead by the owner's #1 man. I had both sides of my vehicle worked on. There were small dents and a deep scratch. They didn't touch the scratch and when I complained both the owner and the #1 man kept saying "PDR". This was the first I had heard this term. It means "Paintless Dent Repair". So, they had no intention of doing anything with the scratch. Never again will I return. They even insulted my wife. Do not trust this business!

I PAID TO HAVE SUV WASHED,WAXED, WITH SEALER, THE WORKS. I PICKED UP MY NEW SUV TO DISCOVER THE ENTIRE TOP HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED. STILL COVERED WITH A WEEK OF MORNING BLOWN DUST/DIRT, NOT SEALED, WAXED, OR WASHED. THE OWNER AND HIS #1 MAN NOT INVOLVED IN ITS CLEANING (WILL CHEW OUT THE WORKERS). I AM TOLD ' THEY WILL ENSURE ITS NOW DONE RIGHT.' AGAIN I GO TO PICK IT UP, LOOKING THE SUV OVER, I NOW HAVE A NICE SCRATCH IN THE NEW SUV. OWNER AGAIN HAD NOT LOOKED AT THE CAR. THE PLACE SAID THE SCRATCH WAS THERE FROM THE FACTORY. I NEVER SAW IT BEFORE NOW AND LOOKED AT THAT LOCATION AT LEAST 40 TIMES SINCE ITS RIGHT ABOVE THE REAR TRUNK HANDLE. I JUST BOUGHT THE NEW SUV. NO QUALITY, NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THE OWNER REFUSED TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE, AND NOW DAMAGE. IT WAS NOT THERE BEFORE. THIS PLACE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!
