So we ordered food for delivery which took an hour to reach my house after they called us to confirm our address 45 min after we placed the order, to find out they never told the delivery person who was waiting on our street for them to call him with the address. Our food was COLD and had to be warmed in the microwave. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I wouldn

t recommend this place to ANYONE unless you wanna pay 8 bucks for a frozen burger.

About 10 yrs. ago I heard a few stories of roaches being in bottom of cups (noticed after completly drinking & roach deep fried w/ a order of fries.

last month I ran thru for a cup of coffee to go & noticed it was busy, served lg. Portions but VERY VERY dirty.

I would imagine since restaurant is so filthy dirty that after 10 yrs. couldn't now be roach free.

Didn't think to look @ rating on door & makes me think whoever rated this w restaurant was very giving or it would be closed for deep ckeaning.

Banning, Ca is a small town so, the word out catches up quickly..

was told that meals are a bit pricy but it's the only place that delivers besides pizza so... This appears to help with business regardless of cleanliness. Many in Banning are without transportation and meal delivery is a big plus.

Girls @ register do not speak English well- Ordering is a challenge.

My wife and I went to this particular location and order 2 2pcs pork chop special for dinner...the meat was over-cooked and burnt and fries were not fresh, and it was not even busy....the cashier(the pregnant employee) needs more customer service training, she is rude and doesn't smile to the customers.

got a chicken fried steak sandwich the night of 9/19 they made like a hamburger with t.i dressing it was awful then when there for breakfast 9/20 the meat was so over cooked it was hard as can be and the toast was hard made from stall bread your food is trash and i will post this on the internet every where i can lucky i dont get a sgin and walk up and down the street telling everyone how bad your food is,,,, thinking about that i think i will do that...........
