The tech, whom I believe is also the owner, was professional and he was true to his word on the phone. Charged the same price as quoted; and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. I appreciated seeing an open bible in the office.

Small and smoky little place in Banning. Just an afterthought of a business, but run with a lot of heart and soul by a really gentle gentleman.



Take the ten to 22nd, get onto Ramsey, go south; right after the Motel 8, right there is the place.



Fair price, competent speak and clear sense: James works fast, and will have you in and out lickety split. It was awesome to learn the things he taught us about the smog process, and how emissions are determined and tracked by the State of California. It was very refreshing to receive such kind and polite service as that proffered by Mr. Fernandez. Over the course of two separate visits, we interacted extensively; his conduct was very human and caring, an important asset in ours, an age of cheap disparity, when we are losing the sense of how to relate to each other. Anyway, thaank you, Mr. James! We made it to the DMV just in time, and we wished that THEIR service were as good as yours!



BTW, this is a small place, and cannot perform miracles. James is a faithful man, but the machines of man need be attended by their masters, etc., so chill, go enjoy the KCF buffet, or walk the Avenue. It's just that some people get upset sometimes and...sometimes it's just the car, man...Again, thanks James for the decency and the patience. Please do well and prosper.
