My mother lived here for a number of years. After she died in January, I had an estate sale in her home and arranged for her best friend in the park to buy her unit and move across the street, It was a great deal for both of us. But the management wouldn't allow her to move because her lease was in her deceased husbands name. But, they would let her move if she bought one of the units that they owned. And on top of all this, the manager bought my mom's grandfather clock agreeing to pay $100 per month until it was paid. He has not get up his end of the agreement, which he put his signature on. He still owes over half the amount and I just the runaround from him. In addition, the park owes me overpaid rent/water and won't pay me back.
These are some untrust worthy folks.
