This is too important of a life changing event to be treated so poorly. I cant be held to blame for their problems...I dont care if theyve got othe clients...not my prob!

This was my first home-buying experience and the girls at Sentry Escrow were so friendly and knowledgeable they made it easy. They really know what they're doing and they answered all of my questions and replied to all of my emails and phone calls quickly. Highly recommend them for your next escrow!

One of the worst escrow experiences ever. If you use them, be sure to read everything very carefully. Way too many errors $$$, and closing was delayed two days because of their incompetence.

Sentry Escrow made my experience with buying and selling very easy! Every time I called they would help me and answer all of my questions. Toward the closing they needed me to sign something and was in Redlands area and I was able to just go to their Redlands location to sign documents their.

Love working with Sentry Escrow!! I recommend them to everyone I know. We have multiple properties and have used Sentry for every one and I have had a pleasant experience every time. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm sorry you felt you were not told all of the charges upfront, but when you called in you had asked for the price for a "Mobile Home Escrow" NOT a "Mobile Home and Real Property Escrow" as the latter involves both personal property (Mobile Home, licensed with the Department of Housing and Community Development) and Real Property (records filed in the Riverside County Recorders office), we have additional fees for that type of escrow, which you were told when it opened. Again I am sorry for the misunderstanding from your initial phone call where you were quoted for a different type of escrow then you received.

These people don't have a clue as to what they are doing and they will pad all the charges leaving you paying double then what you are supposed to pay! I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy!!!
