This one of the best campgrounds I have stayed at.The staff is so helpful and nice. They helped us back and level the trailer, an someone even came out to help us with a wire that got disconected for the heat and it was very cold out.The tent sites that over look the lake are just beautiful. If anyone is looking to go camping in Litchfeild area this is the place.

We had a 2 night reservation for Cozy Hills Campground, to be arriving on a Friday in September.  On the night before (Thursday), my Grandma passed away.  Needless to say, we had to cancel our reservation.  To my surprise, Cozy Hills failed to give us a refund, even after speaking with the owner.  I understand there are cancellation policies in place, but a death in the family is an extraodinary circumstance.  It is immoral and unethical of Cozy Hills to not provide a refund in this case.  For that reason, I do not recommend this campground.

Lousy campground, staff are generally unfriendly, It is seasonal camper oriented and overrun with golf carts. Playgrounds are old and outdated, pool is only 3 ft deep, only one shower house with two showers for over 100 sites, pit toilets.

Found cozy hill to go over and beyond in being helpful, clean and fun. Very comfortable as well as feeling you are in nature. In beautiful Litchfield county where there is many things to do , restraunts, movies, tubing, and hiking. Lots of fun for the family.
